Elevantis Consulting is a founder-led HR, Training, Design, and Customer Support consulting firm built on the belief that people are the true drivers of sustainable business success. Established in Canada in 2010, Elevantis began with a clear purpose-to help growing businesses build strong people foundations. Over time, we expanded our global footprint, extending our services to the Philippines in 2018 and India in 2024, enabling us to support clients across diverse markets and cultures.
With over 15 years of hands-on industry experience, we partner with startups and small to mid-sized organizations in India and across global markets to build robust HR frameworks, capable teams, impactful design creatives and dependable customer support operations.
Elevantis was founded to support businesses that often struggle with HR structure, compliance, hiring, training and people operations in-house. We understand that founders and leadership teams want to focus on scaling their vision-not getting caught in operational complexity. That is where we step in, acting as a trusted long-term partner who brings clarity, structure and professionalism to people operations.
